Please DO NOT choose this membership if you haven’t spoken with someone from the studio. You must have a confirmation from the coach to choose this option. We will not be responsible for refunds if you fail to get confirmation from studio. Please send all of your questions and request to: (205)719-6467. Our coaches schedules open up at the end of the summer for fall and spring. All coaches have their own schedule and waiting list. After you’ve been given the green light and your coach has reserved day and time for you, go ahead and start your membership. First time signing up? You will have to pay a one time registration fee. This membership gives you access to the same day and time for the Fall and Spring. This is our top membership so it has all the perks.

Please keep in mind this membership allows you to see what each coach has OPEN for booking each week, as cancelations do occur. This membership does not promised a specific day and time, and does not guarantee a private lesson each week. We do have a 24-hour cancelation policy and this helps us open up times so you can book them. This is our second membership so it gives you access to the Group Class Membership.

What Makes GBGF So Special?
Our one of a kind curriculum is unlike any other. Ask your friends! We provide very simple step-by-step drills that help out with recognizing the skills. We use posters, videos, and other graphics to aid in visualization. This helps with remembering what shapes the body must take in order to produce the skill. Have you ever wondered why you never had to relearn how to tie your shoes? It's muscle memory! Here at GBGF Studio we work twice as hard to help you accomplish your skills, so you don't have to. Making it easier for you to connect the dots, get fit, and boost results that will be long-lasting.

Private Lessons are done a little bit differently around here...
When you book a private lesson, our goal is to get you results as quickly and safely as possible. We understand you're paying for direct, focused, one-on-one coaching so you can learn the new skill - not all the extra time wasting body weight and conditioning stations they place you on at "the big gyms." We encourage all of our private lessons to show up 10 minutes before the scheduled start time to complete your warm up. Our warm-up is the same across the board. Whether you're here for back tucks, back handsprings, or handstands, the warm up is the same so you don't have to have an instructor present to lead. Then after we've finished the lesson, you'll be given a specific homework to accomplish at home when your bored.
